大手ハウスメーカー

昨日は、夕方からお施主様とハウスメーカーの設計さんと営業さんと監督さんと
お打合せしました。

「あの下請けゼロのＳＥＥＤＳが、ついに下請け工事？」

という事ではありません。
これからも、ＳＥＥＤＳは、お施主様とのダイレクト注文１００％です。
お施主様の為に、全くならない
下請け工事、紹介料発生工事は、１００％いたしません！

それでも、お施主様がとりなしてくれて、ハウスメーカーと一致団結して
お施主様のために、間違いの無いエクステリア工事の完成の為
協力し合うこともあるのです。

このハウスメーカーさんと協力するのは、これで２回目です。
お施主様の事を真剣に考えているハウスメーカーだと思います。
かつ、かなり大手。
強者が、こんなサービスをしたら、弱者である小さい工務店はひとたまりも無いです。
ランチェスターの法則の危機かも・・・。

とにかくお施主様と、ハウスメーカー様に迷惑を掛けないよう、
しっかりとＳＥＥＤＳの施工管理をやるようにします。

さぁ、来週から４現場スタートで、忙しくなります！

    いいかえれば、目の前のお客様に全力でお役立ちすることでもあります。
    弱者のつのきちも、今まで以上に、より決め細やかなおもてなしをしなければと思いました。

宮崎出身で信州在住歴15年。
水瓶座、Ａ型、木星人－。
１９６７年生まれの
「昭和系ガーデンデザイナー」

1級造園施工管理技士
1級土木施工管理技士
１級エクステリアプランナー

３つの１級資格を保持している長野県唯一のデザイナーの為、最近は勝手に「三ツ星ガーデンデザイナー」と名乗っています。

千葉大学園芸学部造園学科卒業後、生活協同組合、建設コンサルタントを経て、大手ハウスメーカーで、住宅の外廻り部分「外構エクステリア」の設計、施工に１３年間携わるも、お客様と「時間に追われずじっくりといいものを創りあげたい」「もっと心の通い合う仕事がしたい」一念から２００７年４月に退社独立しました。

以降、もちまえの昭和オヤジ魂で「旧くて新しい庭」を創造すべく東奔西走の毎日です。
「旧いものを大事にしながら、新しいものにも挑戦していきます」ので、どうかよろしくお願いします！
