自然を上手に取り入れることで、健康で生き生きとした生活を提案しています。

ここでは、ガーデンルームの一つ、「ｃｏｃｏｍａ」＝ココマが出来るまでを
ご紹介していきます。

まずは、着工前の写真から！

着工前


ガーデンルームは、下屋の無い総２階部分に取り付けると
特に、夏の室温上昇の抑制の効果が期待できます。
これまでは、日差しを遮る庇が無かったわけですから・・・・・。
ココマの内部日除けを伸ばせば、リビングに差し込む
強烈な夏の日差しもカットされて、リビングも、きっと涼しくなるはずです。

エアコンもつけなくてすむかもしれません。

宮崎出身で信州在住歴15年。

１９６７年生まれの
「昭和系ガーデンデザイナー」

1級造園施工管理技士
1級土木施工管理技士
１級エクステリアプランナー

３つの１級資格を保持している長野県唯一のデザイナーの為、最近は勝手に「三ツ星ガーデンデザイナー」と名乗っています。

千葉大学園芸学部造園学科卒業後、生活協同組合、建設コンサルタントを経て、大手ハウスメーカーで、住宅の外廻り部分「外構エクステリア」の設計、施工に１３年間携わるも、お客様と「時間に追われずじっくりといいものを創りあげたい」「もっと心の通い合う仕事がしたい」一念から２００７年４月に退社独立しました。

以降、もちまえの昭和オヤジ魂で「旧くて新しい庭」を創造すべく東奔西走の毎日です。
「旧いものを大事にしながら、新しいものにも挑戦していきます」ので、どうかよろしくお願いします！
