こんばんは、体重が2キロ痩せたもののまだお腹
ポッコリの福田です。
ん～なかなか難しいですね～。
お昼休みなんかはあまり脂っこいものは食べずに
サラダなんかを食べ、夕食はごはんを食べないで
おかずだけとかいろいろきお使ってるんですけどね。
まだまだ頑張らなくちゃです。
エアジョーダン７の赤黒モデルです。
ちょうどヒールの所に２３というジョーダンの背番号
が入っていてデザインもカッコイイですよね。
そして、履き心地も最高です。
伸縮素材になっていてフィット感がすごいんです。
