こんばんわ～！！お腹ポッコリの福田です。
最近、ホントにお腹がでちゃってヤバイっすね～。
前から少し気にはしてたんですが近頃はよくよく気にし始めました。
仕事中しゃがんだ時にお腹があたるのイヤですよね～。
服を着た時にスラッとかっこよく着たいですねっ。
そこで決めました！そして買いました！！
体脂肪まで見れる体重計です。現在体重が７３キロもありました。
僕が一日に取っていいカロリーは約２０００カロリーくらいです。
ちょっとずつ気にしながらとりあえず７０キロ代を脱出しなくては・・・
